This section outlines strategies for facilitating adult learning within my professional and academic context. Using a dual-theory approach, I draw on self-directed learning (SDL) and experiential learning theory (ELT), each represented by five instructional strategies. These strategies emphasize autonomy, reflection, hands-on engagement, and learner growth. The section includes an overview of both theories supported by relevant literature, followed by detailed strategies that define each approach, explain the rationale for its use, describe implementation methods, and identify measures for evaluating effectiveness.
